Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a in-store merchandising representative to support Burlington, WI store teams. You will perform store visits, stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure brand standards are met while executing promotional displays.

You will build strong relationships with store personnel, capture display photos, and communicate insights to the RTM and retail team using Salesforce. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age (required).
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly; push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Burlington, WI; schedule Fridays–Sundays; 25 hrs/wk.
• Start between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company and deliver customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
