Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to play a key role in store operations and the shopping experience in Florida. Responsibilities include stocking inventory, merchandising displays, and supporting online orders, curbside, and delivery services where assigned.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and uphold safety and compliance standards while working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, signage, and curbside/delivery operations if applicable.
• Load and deliver orders safely and in accordance with policies.
