Serv-U-Success in Taylor, MI is hiring Store Representatives to stock shelves, set displays, and keep stores customer-ready. You'll work hands-on in the store, support merchandising, project execution, and store operations while building strong relationships with customers and teammates.

The role offers hourly pay of $16–$18 with a $1 travel premium, plus full-time or part-time shifts across weekdays and weekends. Availability and reliability are essential as you travel between local locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
