Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
