Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Stoneham, MA is seeking part-time merchandisers to deliver friendly service, help customers find products, and ensure fast checkout. You’ll unload trucks, stock, and maintain planograms while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience, be able to stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms (POGs).
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
