Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery stores and retail beverage outlets on assigned routes. You will drive your own vehicle, assist in inventory management, and document displays using company systems.

You must be 18+, hold a valid driver's license and insurance, and be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly. Weekend work is required as part of a 5-day schedule, with long shifts and potential overtime options.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable, personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance coverage must meet company/state minimums.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25–50 lbs regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, account monitoring, and checkout documentation.
• Upload photos of displays and backstock to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 4am - 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
