Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Delivery/Merchandising Associate to stock and rotate products at grocery and retail beverage outlets across assigned routes. You will travel using your own vehicle, manage backroom and display floor setups, and keep records via company systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly. Compensation includes benefits and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older per state requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation and a valid driver's license; must maintain an acceptable driving record and proof of auto insurance as required by state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 lbs on a regular basis.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to ensure product is stocked, displayed, and rotated on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment such as pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-provided systems for routing, compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Accurately complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Pay: $24/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 4am – 6am; working an average of 8-12 hours per day

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
