Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers by building displays, end caps, and shelf resets with proper product rotation. You will also track inventory to help maximize sales opportunities and ensure shelves are stocked for shopper needs.

We provide training, offer benefits, and look for friendly, reliable people who are 18+ and can lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation is required to reach various work locations.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
