Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a retail merchandising assistant to support store teams in Waunakee, Wisconsin. You will build displays, rotate stock, and help ensure shelves are visually appealing and well-stocked to meet shoppers’ needs.

You’ll join a team that values customer service, reliability, and a proactive work mindset. Training is provided, and additional hours may be available to suit business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Help ensure shelves and displays maximize sales opportunities.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
