Job summary

Retail Odyssey is hiring an in-store merchandising helper to build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory for retailers. You will work to maximize sales opportunities while engaging customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. Candidates must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs; reliable transportation to stores is essential. Growth opportunities exist within the Advantage Solutions network.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
