Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising helper to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner and help ensure product placement drives sales.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and committed to safety in a retail setting. Training is provided, and we offer benefits and opportunities for growth.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
