Job summary

Advantage Solutions, as Retail Odyssey, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with growth opportunities and flexible hours. You must be 18+, physically capable, and reliable to join our team in Dayton, OH.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
