Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey unit in Rocky Mount, VA is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, rotating shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with flexible hours and opportunities to advance within our national merchandising network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store merchandising tasks: build displays and end caps, rotate shelves, and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Support retailers with excellent customer service and engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure merchandising standards are met.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
