Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support Retail Odyssey clients. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities in partner stores.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. The role offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour with opportunities for growth and benefits options.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
