Job summary

Advantage Solutions, working with Retail Odyssey, seeks a motivated in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory. This role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safety, and reliability.

You do not need prior experience as training is provided; you must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have transportation to the work location. Competitive hourly wages and flexible hours offered.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members

• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
