Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey division seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to boost sales. No prior experience required—training is provided and growth from within is emphasized.

You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic way, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed and ensuring safe, compliant store environments. 18+ for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps and rotate products.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with retailers and store staff to ensure planograms are followed and shelves are well stocked.
