Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Mt. Washington in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Retail Merchandise Processor for regular full-time work. You will help receive, sort, price and prepare donated merchandise for the sales floor in a fast-paced store environment.

You will collaborate with production and retail teams to maintain merchandise flow, stock, and customer service excellence while upholding Goodwill standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum six months of previous work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be able to follow directions and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process donated merchandise for sale.
• Roll merchandise and stock sales floor.
• Record and monitor donations accurately and timely.
• Sort apparel into boutique/Ecommerce, sellable and salvage categories.
• Price and place items on hangers and racks for display.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly and engaging interactions with donors and customers.
