Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Rehabilitation Center, Inc. is seeking a Retail Merchandise Processor for Princeton Road in Hamilton, OH.

This role supports receiving, sorting, pricing and processing donated merchandise to prepare it for display in a Goodwill retail store. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily quotas, and providing friendly customer service while following safety practices.

Qualifications

• Requires flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of six months of work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be able to follow directions and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and engaging way.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process merchandise from containers for store display per guidelines.
• Roll merchandise and stock on sales floor.
• Record and monitor donations accurately and promptly.
• Stay updated on brand names and current/vintage styles.
• Sort apparel into boutique/Ecommerce, sellable, and salvage categories.
• Place items on hangers and transport to sales floor keeping groups together.
• Meet daily quota for pieces processed.
• Price and roll merchandise to appropriate sales floor areas in an organized manner.
• Follow safety practices and report hazards.
