Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced, retail management, or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change, and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni‑channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity while coordinating omni‑channel, shipment, replenishment, markdowns, and price changes.
• Review, analyze, and respond to financial and operational reporting, store visit and audit results.
• Lead training and development for associates, including competency-based coaching and succession planning.
• Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code; manage attendance.
• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program to improve guest experience and business results.
