Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and driving merchandising and freight processing.

You’ll help run daily store operations, maintain product presentation, and safeguard assets while delivering friendly, high-energy service to customers and staff. This full-time role requires retail or management experience, strong communication skills, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed and protect store assets.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and implement directives.
• Plan, merchandise, and maintain item placement to drive sales.
