• Lead merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Drive in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
