Job summary

This role emphasizes driving merchandising execution, planogram adherence, pricing accuracy, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management. Responsibilities include overseeing SOP compliance, manager-on-duty coverage, and efficient store operations such as truck processing, stock movement, and promotional execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds with or without accommodation
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings
• Must satisfy federal/state/local requirements in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in upholding SOPs and Company programs.
• Lead truck processing, pricing, and promotional execution.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain in-stock levels via SISO routines and inventory controls.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and supervise frontline staff.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving procedures.
