Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is hiring a General Merchandise Associate for the Cowboy Harley-Davidson Main store and Riverwalk location to maintain an appealing retail environment and assist customers with merchandise purchases.

You will greet customers, process sales, work with POS and inventory systems, and support the General Merchandise Manager in achieving sales plans. The role requires lifting, standing, and occasional outdoor event participation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a retail environment and assist customers with purchases.
• Provide excellent service to boutique customers.
• Greet customers courteously and promptly.
• Handle multiple customers while maintaining satisfaction.
• Process telephone transactions efficiently.
• Highlight sales, specials, and new merchandise.
• Assist with merchandise selection and upsell related products.
• Accept payments and maintain checkout accuracy.
• Notify customers of special orders or back-orders.
