**Essential Duties:**

• Provide excellent customer service to all dealership customers.
• Greet customers promptly in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Make all customers feel welcome regardless of race, sex, or creed.
• Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining satisfaction.
• Handle telephone transactions courteously and efficiently.
• Promote sales, specials, and new merchandise to customers.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and recommend complementary products.
• Process payments securely, verifying identification and approvals as needed.
• Verify cash bills for authenticity when accepting cash payments.
• Maintain accuracy at the cash register.
• Notify customers about special orders or back-ordered items.
• Handle customer complaints empathetically, demonstrating commitment to excellent service.
• Weekend availability is required.
