Job summary

Huntington Beach Harley-Davidson in Westminster, CA seeks a MotorClothes/General Merchandise Associate to deliver courteous, knowledgeable customer service in-store, manage cashiering, stock merchandise, and promote the RPM sales process.

You will greet customers, resolve questions, and assist with locating products while maintaining stock levels and showroom presentation. Training and advancement opportunities are available as part of a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience required; 3–5 years preferred; or equivalent education/experience.
• Preferred knowledge of Harley-Davidson MotorClothes/Merchandise and RPM sales process.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to dealership customers.
• Greet customers and determine their needs, offering options and solutions.
• Perform cashiering, stocking and merchandising duties.
• Promote RPM sales process and cross-sell across departments.
• Maintain neat displays, monitor inventory and assist with events.
