Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a General Merchandise Associate for our Cowboy Harley-Davidson Main store and Riverwalk location. The role focuses on creating an inviting retail environment and delivering exceptional customer service while assisting shoppers with merchandise selections.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking displays, and supporting merchandising goals. Flexibility in schedule and a strong team attitude are essential for daily operations and event setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and retail sales preferred.
• Experience with POS & computerized inventory systems.
• Ability to stand and walk the sales floor for most of the day.
• Flexible scheduling to meet store needs.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain an appealing retail environment and assist customers with merchandise purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service to all boutique customers.
• Greet customers promptly and courteous, maintain satisfaction.
• Handle multiple customers and transactions with accuracy.
• Assist with merchandising displays and stock replenishment.
• Process payments accurately at the cash register.
• Notify customers of special orders or back-ordered items.
• Support General Merchandise Manager in achieving sales plans.
• Inventory checks and periodic counts.
• Assist with setup for open houses, fashion shows, and events.
• Maintain customer mailing lists and organize showroom space.
