Marshalls in Woodward, OK is hiring for a store associate who delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will ring purchases, support credit and loyalty programs, and help with merchandising while adhering to policies and safety standards. Prior retail experience is helpful; a flexible schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Provides and accepts feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals.
• Participates in safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
