• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and standards; process merchandise for the sales floor.
• Support store recovery and maintenance throughout the day.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs.
