Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash accurately per procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for sales floor
• Executes store recovery and cleanliness duties as needed
• Provides and accepts feedback and adheres to labor laws and store policies
• Supports shrink reduction and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
