Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Ring up purchases/returns accurately and handle cash as per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prep merchandise for sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain floor cleanliness throughout the day.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
