Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficiency
• Engages with customers and maintains a clean store
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, coded
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment
• Maintains safety and adheres to labor laws and programs
• Promotes and supports credit and loyalty programs
• Participates in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
