Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in North Little Rock, AR is hiring for a TJ Maxx retail associate. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience, ring purchases, promote loyalty programs, and keep the store organized and safe.

You’ll work across departments as needed, with opportunities to learn merchandising and loss-prevention practices while supporting a diverse, inclusive team in a Fortune 100 company. Starting pay reflects hourly store guidelines and varies by shift.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Assists in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Supports safety, loss prevention, and labor policy adherence.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
