Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience through engaging interactions and embodying customer experience principles
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Supporting multiple store areas as needed to support business needs

Key duties:

• Modeling established customer service practices
• Supporting a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Processing customer purchases and returns accurately
• Promoting credit and loyalty programs
• Following merchandising standards and preparing merchandise for sale
• Participating in store recovery and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Providing and receiving recognition and constructive feedback
• Supporting store shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Performing other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to support business needs with a varied schedule
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
• Capability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations
