Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow established procedures
• Process and prepare merchandise for sale floor following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts throughout the day
• Maintain store organization and participate in store cleanliness
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support store shrink reduction initiatives
• Participate in safety programs and maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
