Job Description:

This role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and supporting multiple store areas as needed.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer transactions and returns, and handle cash responsibly
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards
• Provide and accept feedback constructively
• Comply with labor laws, policies, and safety standards
• Support shrink reduction initiatives
• Maintain a safe environment and participate in safety programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For: You.
