Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
• Support store operations including maintaining cleanliness, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Assist in multiple store areas as needed to support business needs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions and merchandise preparation.
• Participate in store recovery, safety initiatives, and shrink reduction programs.
• Follow all policies, labor laws, and participate in feedback and recognition processes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
