Job Description

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to support various store areas as needed.

• Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process customer transactions and give correct change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for sale following company standards
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness
• Maintain safety standards and participate in shrink reduction efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned
