Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring at our Roseville, MI location. You will help execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage with customers, and support a fast, friendly shopping experience.

As a team member, you will train Associates, organize stock, tag and code merchandise, and collaborate with management to improve flow and safety. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required; prior retail and leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and organization of merchandise.
• Coordinate with management to ensure efficient flow of goods.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and backroom standards.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and adhere to policies.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
