• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Leverage forecasts to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on insights.
• Lead associate training, feedback, and development.
• Oversee omni-channel execution, pricing, markdowns, and inventory tasks.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety, and loss prevention.
