Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Toledo, OH is hiring a full-time Retail Membership Sales Specialist. You will sell memberships, upsell enhancements, and engage with customers in-store to drive loyalty and revenue. The role includes documenting interactions and serving as a knowledgeable in-store resource for membership questions.

The position offers an incentive plan, weekend hours, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. Must have strong communication skills and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of sales and customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple websites/programs for multitasking in retail.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and process new AAA memberships and upsell add-ons.
• Engage membership base through in-store sales and outbound calls.
• Document all leads and interactions accurately for records.
• Serve as the go-to person for membership inquiries in-store.
• Support Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.
