Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of media agency experience, with emphasis on Retail Media.
• Knowledge of key retailers, ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects and people.
• Experience analyzing complex data, market research, and formulating actionable plans.
• Solid experience with billing and reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated problem solving and proactive intervention.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client contact for campaign planning, execution and requests.
• Oversee daily work of Planners and Associate Planners, including prioritization and quality control.
• Build and maintain relationships with media publishers and evaluate new vendors.
• Lead and collaborate on Retail Media program planning and activation with client communications.
• Analyze campaign performance and marketplace trends to identify optimizations.
• Develop client presentations communicating strategy, performance and learnings.
• Review RFPs and vendor proposals to ensure plans meet objectives and measurement requirements.
• Oversee execution of approved media plans and tagging requirements.
• Coordinate monthly flowchart processes and billing reconciliations.
