Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a RMN Sales Partner to drive revenue across mid-market and long-tail brand partners, providing pre-sale support and campaign coordination in a high-activity role.

You will manage a portfolio, work with senior sellers on pitches and IOs, keep CRM up to date, and translate campaign data into simple ROAS narratives while collaborating with Sales, Merchants, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in digital media, advertising sales, account management, or agency environments.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and data analysis.
• Exceptionally organized with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• High-energy attitude with a drive to hit and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and grow a portfolio of RMN accounts, driving renewals and upsell.
• Collaborate with senior sellers and cross-functional teams for pitches and IOs.
• Maintain flawless CRM and forecast inputs; ensure campaign execution.
• Synthesize campaign metrics into clear ROAS narratives for brands.
• Partner with Merchants to verify inventory and campaign feasibility.
