Job summary

Health & Happiness Group is offering a Retail Media Marketing Intern position within the Marketing department at H&H North America. You will gain hands-on experience with retail marketing, catalog management, and A/B testing in a fast-paced environment.

The role develops skills in content optimization, campaign support using Pacvue, and AI-assisted workflows while collaborating across marketing, omni-channel, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with structured data/content at scale.
• Curiosity about e-commerce, retail media, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A love for pets (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities

• Content & Catalog Operations: Support upkeep, accuracy, and optimization of product listings and catalog content across retail platforms.
• A/B Testing: Help set up, monitor, and report on tests; synthesize results into actionable takeaways.
• Project Coordination: Track workflows, deadlines, and deliverables in Monday.com.
• Retail Media Support: Hands-on exposure to campaign operations using Pacvue.
• Reporting & Documentation: Build recurring reports, decks, and process documentation using Microsoft Office.
• AI-Assisted Workflows: Use Claude or AI to support research, content drafting, data organization, and efficiency.
• General Retail Marketing Exposure: Collaborate with marketing, omni, and sales teams to learn how catalog, media, and merchandising strategies come together across the funnel.
