Job summary

Health & Happiness is seeking a marketing intern in Orlando to support content and catalog operations across our premium pet brands. You will help ensure accurate product listings and collaborate on retail campaigns using modern tools.

You'll gain hands-on experience with A/B testing, cross-functional project coordination, and exposure to AI-assisted workflows, while building MS Office reports and decks for leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or recent graduate).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data/content at scale.
• Curiosity about e-commerce, retail media, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Pacvue, Brand Folder, or AI tools like Claude is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Content & Catalog Ops: maintain product listings, images, descriptions, attributes across platforms.
• A/B Testing: set up and monitor tests; synthesize results into actions.
• Project Coordination: track workflows and deadlines in Monday.com.
• Retail Media Support: assist campaigns in Pacvue and optimize performance.
• Reporting & Documentation: build recurring reports and decks in MS Office.
• AI-Assisted Workflows: use Claude to support research and content drafting.
• Retail Marketing Exposure: collaborate across marketing, omni and sales teams.
