Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers face to face and make a strong first impression for the brand.
• Deliver product demos and explain offers clearly and confidently.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and services.
• Guide customers from first conversation to sign-up; work toward sales targets.
• Share customer and in-store insights with management to improve campaigns.
• Join team briefings, training, and campaign preparation at the Springdale office.
