Our client is a face-to-face marketing company that represents leading wireless, internet, and tech brands inside major national retailers. They're hiring multiple Retail Marketing & Sales Assistants to join their growing Springdale team, with immediate starts available.

You'll be the face of the brand on the store floor. You'll start conversations, demo products, and help shoppers find the right solution. You'll get hands-on experience in retail marketing and sales that's valued across the region. No experience needed, and full paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Represent well-known wireless, internet, and tech brands inside leading national retail stores and at promotional events
• Engage shoppers face to face and make a strong first impression for the brand
• Deliver product demos and explain offers clearly and confidently
• Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right products and services
• Guide customers from first conversation to sign-up
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Share customer and in-store insights with the management team to improve each campaign
• Join team briefings, training, and campaign preparation at the Springdale office
