Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, inventory management, or customer service experience.
• Experience supporting marketing, social media, digital content.
• Experience in a school, nonprofit, or mission-driven environment preferred.
• Familiarity with website CMS and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of physical and online store.
• Manage inventory, rotation, restocking, and reorders.
• Coordinate purchasing and vendor relationships.
• Maintain online store product info, pricing, imagery.
• Lead visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Develop store promotions tied to school events.
• Assist MarCom with content and campaigns.
• Coordinate and produce marketing materials.
