Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support store operations, receiving, fulfillment, and merchandise handling to drive sales and customer experience at our Newport Beach location.

You will work under the RPSO Manager, perform stockroom tasks, price changes, reticketing, and assist with in-store events, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite.
• Associates must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Complete merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product.
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
