Job summary

Orange Lutheran High School seeks a Retail Specialist & Marketing Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Lancer Supply Co. and support the MarCom department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of retail experience preferred, with merchandising, inventory management, customer service, e-commerce, or retail operations.
• Experience supporting marketing, communications, social media, digital content, or related functions preferred.
• Experience in a school, nonprofit, or mission-driven environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the school store and online store, delivering a welcoming customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, rotation, restocking, and reorder recommendations.
• Coordinate purchasing, vendor relationships, promotions, and store merchandising.
• Maintain online store content, pricing, imagery, and product information.
• Lead visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support Marketing & Communications through website updates, social media, and print/digital materials.
• Coordinate and supervise student workers and after-hours event support.
