You will assist the Marketing Manager to attract customers, hit sales objectives, and manage grassroots campaigns, social media, emails, events, and race partnerships.

The role involves coordinating packet pickups and race support, working with store teams and the local community to build relationships and drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
• Proven track record of cold calling and building grassroots relationships.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and MS Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and see tasks through to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Reach our running community and local fitness groups in the surrounding area.
• Assist Marketing Manager to drive store traffic and sales objectives.
• Lead grassroots marketing efforts, social media, email campaigns, events, and race partnerships.
• Coordinate packet pickups and race support.
• Collaborate with Store Management, Retail Experience Team, Running Club Team, and the local community.
